Anderson’s Operations, LLC was founded in 2022 and is a full-service General Contractor serving both Residential and Commercial Clients in Oregon.
We are here to fulfill your needs whether that be New Construction, Remodels, Additions, or Service/Maintenance. Our attention to detail, keen eye for client’s visions, and organized project management will help complete your projects in a safe, thorough, and high-caliber manner.
Making the transition from supplying mass production of custom fiber-cement and metal products to the General Contracting world in 2023, Anderson’s Operations is fully insured, bonded, and accreddited with it’s Oregon Construction Contractors Board License and is endorsed for both Residential and Commercial work.
Cade Anderson
OWNER/OPERATOR
Anderson’s Operations founder Cade Anderson grew up in Pendleton, Oregon and has been heavily involved in the local Community.
Cade’s Father, Corey, found his success in the electrical trade. As the owner of Pendleton Electric, Corey carries a mindset of growth and sharing knowledge.
Being surrounded by the electrical industry from a young age Cade has developed immense knowledge of the construction process from both a subcontractor position and a general contractor perspective. Cade graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and concentrations in Supply Chain & Logistics Management and Psychology – he immediately went into the field as an Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent for a large General Contractor, completing a $40 million project from ground-break to final clean in Pendleton.

With the knowledge and experience from a subcontracting, material supplying and General Contracting perspectives, Anderson's Operations is diving head-first into the Construction World with one objective in mind - create a culture focused on the typical faults of construction companies.
